From downtown Houston or the Galleria:

1. Take I-10 West to the Dairy Ashford exit (past Beltway 8 West).
2. Exit Dairy Ashford from I-10 and u-turn under the freeway.
3. Travel about 0.8 miles along the I-10 feeder, eastbound at this point.
4. We are in a fifteen-story black building on your right with a sign on top that reads Preferred Bank.

From Bush Intercontinental Airport:

1. Take I-45 South to I-10.
2. Take I-10 West to Dairy Ashford.
