Our Mission is Our Culture
The Schipul culture grows from our company's mission : To connect and organize the world's people. Do Good. We don't have a rule book or a guide to being a Schipulite, but our Core Books are a good place to begin.
We believe in Absolute Honesty, the book and the practice of it. That's a huge part of our culture. So when you see a band of Schipulites out and about, it's the real deal. We are friends, and friends of friends. And that has a lot to do with how we work.
Schipulites Share
The Schipul culture is built on learning and sharing. From the unsung web tool to the underrated book of the year to the bossest blog ever, we find it and share it with each other and our friends. The constant flow of knowledge between us keeps our minds sharp, our curiosity entertained, and our calendars filled.
We are hodgepodge of giggly, serious, introverted, extroverts with an affinity for LOLcats, reading, The Internets, and photoshopped images of one another.
Schipulites Support Community Events
We share through participation in our community as well. Schipulites interests are varied, but almost any Schipulite is a champion for a charity, the arts, music or animals. Our events calendar is a heads-up to the things we enjoy. And if you missed it, check our photo albums for a recap. Schipulites are usually armed with cameras.
Learning, sharing knowledge and being honest with ourselves and each other are all important parts of the Schipul culture. One of the most important parts of our culture is simply, Schipulites don't let Schipulites down.
