Houston's Art Community
Houston boasts one of the most dynamic and diverse arts communities in the country. It can be quite daunting to tackle without a lot of help .That is the purpose of this page. We've broken down a lot of the different areas for you so you can find what you're looking for in Houston's art community quickly. We have included Twitter accounts in parentheses because that is generally one of the best outlets for up-to-date information about these organizations.
Houston Theater District
Houston's Theater District is one of the largest collections of performing arts venues in the country. Home to eight performing arts groups, the Theater District presents hundreds of performances each year. The season generally runs from September through May, but you can find performances here year round.
