Discovery Green Case Study
Overview
Discovery Green's original web site was created primarily to inform visitors of the features of the new park being built in Downtown Houston. For their new site, they needed to present visitors with the full spectrum of programming that was available at the park.
Execution
- Dynamic content bar highlighting five main programming categories at Discovery Green: Entertainment, Families & Children, Healthy Living, Art and Special Events.
- Custom rotator highlighting the sponsors of various programs and events.
- jQuery powered weather information area alerting visitors of conditions at the park before they visit.
- Seasonal themed element branding site for Discovery Green's different "seasons".
